Installation

Assembly of DXD Y-section

The DuraTrans XD Y-Section will bolt down to the mounts that will be welded to the Correlator main frame
and bolted to the entrance end of the DuraTrans XD Conveyor.

1) Locate the mounts that will bolt to the conveyor and bolt them in place. Part # 6942 & 6943 will
match up with the guide rails on the conveyor.

2) Locate the driver side and passenger side Y-Section welded assemblies and bolt the mounting
plates onto the assemblies.

The passenger side is the lower Guide Rail and will have one short Mount Plate bolted onto the
nose-plate of the assembly and a second short Mount Plate bolted onto the exit side of the middle
Mount.
The drive side is the taller Guide Rail and will have a short Mount Plate bolted onto the nose-plate
and the tall Mount Plate bolted to the exit side of the middle mount.
3) Using a marker, find the center of the Conveyor and project that line onto the Correlator main
frame. This will be the center line of the Y-Section as well.
