4) The space between the Guide Rail angles before the plastic is installed should be 14-9/16”, and
after the plastic is installed it will be 13”.
This dimension will
vary from site-to-site

The following procedures requires field fabrication

5) The gap between the Conveyor and Correlator will vary from site to site so the welded assemblies
will have to be cut down to fit this site (as shown in previous image).

6) Making sure that the entrance part of the Y-Section is on the Correlator main frame, measure the
length of the angle Y-Section parts. This angle after cut should set on top of the Mounts that were
bolted onto the conveyor.

7) Making sure the assemblies are in place, tack-weld the Mounts down to the Correlator main frame.
The mounts on the Conveyor well get welded to the Y-Section angles as well.
