Installation

Assembly of DXD Y-section

• If you have a Conveyor with covers on one side and the “round-stock” on the other
side:
1. On the driver side, trim the cover that is already in place on the Conveyor at the
location shown below. Cutting it here will allow a fastening point for both the existing
cover on the Conveyor and the cover from the Y-Section (shown below).

2. Slide the driver side cover on until they meet together.
Butt the new
covers up to
the existing
covers

3. On the passenger side, slide the cover all the way onto the Y-Section and trim it so that
it butts up to the round-stock of the Conveyor (shown below).

The above steps will help make for a smooth transition from plastic to plastic and plastic to
round-stock.
