DURAJET™ ARCH

Installation

Initial Start Up
1) Run water through the DuraJet™ or AlumaJet™ Arch and verify that there are no leaks in any of
the fittings or connections.
2) Verify that LEFT to RIGHT SWAYING motion is functioning correctly.
Verify that the 1/3 hp motor/gearbox, Pitman arm and Upright Leg Assemblies cause the
arch to sway to the left and to the right when facing the entrance of the arch. See the
images below.
Note: In the images below, the Corner Hoses, Main Water Hoses and Corner Bellows have all
been removed for clarity.
