Move Single Element Up / Move Single Element Down

Move Single Element Up and Down will move the element according to the step distance on the
standards. It can be used on any Revit element.
The elements are moved one by one. If you want to move multiple elements, just press Enter to
repeat the command and select the next element. Or select the same element if further steps are to
be moved.
