ing meal plan takes the guesswork out of planning meals, grocery shopping,
and preparing meals.
Each week has its own menu plan, suggested recipes, list of pantry items,
amounts you will use, and a specific shopping list. At the end of each week,
you’ll find some “Prep Ahead” tips for the following week to help you get meals
on the table quickly.
