Chocolate–Peanut Butter

             Who says you can’t have dessert for breakfast? This indulgent
             smoothie is packed with protein, while satisfying every peanut
             butter and chocolate lover’s palate. It uses homemade peanut
             butter, which you’ll find super easy to make.
             Time-Saving Tip: If you don’t have time to make the peanut
             butter, you can buy all-natural peanut butter at the store. Just
             be sure to check the label to make sure that all you’re getting is
             ground peanuts.
             ¼ cup Creamy Natural Peanut   1½ cups milk
                 Butter (page 306)         ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
             3 tablespoons unsweetened     1 banana, peeled and frozen
                 cocoa powder              1 tablespoon honey
             Combine the peanut butter, cocoa powder, milk, yogurt, banana,
             and honey in a blender. Cover and blend to the desired smoothness.
             Serve immediately.
             Serves 4. Prep time: 20 minutes.
