Air Spray demonstrated aerial firefighting with their Lockheed L188 Electra airtanker and Twin Commander
690 Birddog, dropping 3000 gallons of fire retardant in the trees beyond the runway. It was a spectacular sight
to see the red fire retardant drop from the airtanker. Shortly after their demonstration at the Saturday
performance, the airtanker and birddog were called to fight the wildfires in BC.
