infrastructure, events, product development etc. There is no doubt that organizations today
face more aggressive competition than in the past and the business environment they operate in
is a highly turbulent one. This scenario has increased the need for organizational
accountability which can be met by the studies of formal tools of project management. The
knowledge of project management helps to plan and organize activities and also make better
provisions for unforeseen situations.
