EPG Instructional Coaches:

Who We Are and What We Do

The Instructional Coaches (IC) at EPG are highly experienced teachers and school
administrators who have a passion for working with school branches and teachers.
We help them to meet and exceed expectations with a view to building positive
relationships. Our ultimate goal is to improve teaching and learning so our students

experience all the success they deserve!

Hitashi Singh

Ms. Hitashi is from South Africa. Her vast teaching experience
includes working with children in the Early Years, Primary and
Secondary school sectors. She has been with the EPG Early Years
School's leadership and management team since 2014. Presently
she works with our competent and dedicated team of instructional
coaches in planning and providing all EPG Early Years teachers
with the training needed to successfully deliver the English National
Curriculum. She is also actively involved in visiting our branches to
provide guidance and support to teachers.

Inga Cherapova

Ms. Inga is originally from Russia. Her background includes a vast
experience in working in primary schools all around the Middle
East, including Egypt, UAE and Kuwait. She is excited to return to
Kuwait and join EPG as an instructional coach. Her previous
experience includes head of department as well as teacher trainer
and curriculum coordinator.

Victoria English

Ms. Victoria is originally from York, England but
resides in Kuwait. She has 20 years’ experience
teaching in Kuwait, 6 of them working within
EPG. Her passion is sharing the experience she
has gained with teachers in EPG. She enjoys
watching them grow in their professional

development, which fosters a creative learning
environment for our EPG students.
