This analysis identifies the profile of the CMO/CMO-equivalent at 873 of the ANA’s client-side
marketer company members as of June 2021.
ANA client-side marketers continue to make strides in achieving gender equality among CMOs and
equivalents. While there remains significant work to do in attaining ethnic diversity, there has been
recent progress.
