               yasya—of whom; aìga—of the form; çobhaù—beauty; na—does not;
               vilobhayanté—enchant; kaà vä—whom? nikuïjeñu—in the groves;
               daréçu—in the caves; dåñöaù—seen kåñëasya—of Çré Kåñëa; käntä—
               the beloved gopés; nivahasya—of the multitude; hära-ädibhiù—with
               necklaces and other ornaments; pada-aläkta—with red lac to decorate the
               soles; carvita—with betel-nuts; ädyaiù—and other articles.
            The gopés' necklaces, ornaments, red foot cosmetic, betelnuts, and
            other paraphernalia gaze on the beauty of Govardhana Hill's groves
            and caves. Who would not become enchanted by the beauty of
            Govardhana Hill?

                               yasyendranéla-maëir eva kåñëo
                               jambünadäny eva tadéya-käntäù
                              tat-kelayo yasya kuöumba-bhävä
                             govardhanaà taà kavayantu ke vä

               yasya—of whom; indranélaù maëiù—sapphire; eva—certainly; kåñëaù—
               Kåñëa; jambünadäni—golden ornaments; eva—certainly;  tadéya—His;
               käntäù—beloved gopés; tat—of Them; kelayaù—pastimes; yasya—of
               whom; kuöumba—bhäväù—family; govardhanam—-Govardhana; tam—
               this; kavayantu—may describe; ke—who?; vä—or.

            Çré Kåñëa is the sapphire, and the gopés the golden necklaces
            ornamenting Gorvadhana Hill. The pastimes of Kåñëa and the
            gopés are the sons and daughters of Govardhana Hill. Who is able
            to describe the glories of Govardhana Hill?
