7. Install the rear plate spring

a. Apply a suitable amount of grease to the rear plate
spring pin.

b. Place the rear plate spring assembly to the mounting
position on the rear axle and place it steady.
c. After installing the spring eye on the front end of rear
plate spring to the plate spring bracket, install the plate
spring pin and adjustment shims.

d. Turn the pin to adjust the position of the pin, fix the
bolt and nut on the back of plate spring and fasten it.

e. Install the bent-neck grease nipple of front pin of rear
plate spring.

f. Install the lifting lug assembly on the rear end of rear
plate spring and install the plate spring pin and lifting lug
assembly pin.
