m. Remove the rear plate spring assembly from the rear axle.
Caution
DI
As the rear plate spring assembly is heavy, removal can be done with a assistant.

2. Disassemble the supplementary plate spring assembly

a. Remove the fixing bolts and nuts of supplementary

plate spring clamp and remove the clamp sleeve.

b. Removethesupplementary plate spring center bolt.

c. Take off the plate springs one by one

Caution
BR
• Check if the central bolt is deformed. If yes, replace
it timely.

• Check if there are cracks and/or scratches on the

plate spring. If yes, replace it timely.

3. Disassembly of the rear plate spring assembly

a. Remove the fixing bolts and nuts of rear plate spring

clamp and remove the clamp sleeve.

b. Remove the rear plate springcenter bolt.

c. Take off the plate springs one by one

Caution

• Check if the central bolt is deformed. If yes, replace
it timely.

• Check if there are cracks and/or scratches on the
plate spring. If yes, replace it timely.
