FR-34 Frame, Suspension and Tire - Rear Suspension

Check on car
1. Check the rear rear plate spring.

a.Use a torque wrench to measure the tightening torque
of u-bolt.
Torque:

Model 16 T 400~450N•m

Model 22T, 25T 470~520N•m

b. Use a feeler to check the gap between the card code
and the two sides of plate spring
Gap for reference: 1-2mm

c. Using a steel ruler to measure the height of the
corresponding position on both sides of the limit block to
the rear axle respectively, record the height value.
Method of judgement

• Compare the values of the heights on both sides.
• If the value is smaller, it indicates the plate spring at
that side is abnormal. Check and repair the plate spring at
that side.
