FR-36 Frame, Suspension and Tire - Rear Suspension

h. Remove the fixing bolts and nuts of plate spring pin on
the rear end of rear plate spring and lifting lug assembly
pin.

i. Use a copper rod to punch out of the plate spring pin on
the rear end of rear plate spring, remove the plate spring
lifting lug assembly and adjustment shims.

j. Disassemble the bent-neck grease nipple of front pin of
rear plate spring.

k. Disassemble the fixing bolts and nuts of plate spring
pin on the rear end.

l. Use a copper rod to punch out the plate spring pin and
remove the adjustment shims.
