d. Install each plate spring to the central bolt one by one

e. Install the center bolt lock nut of rear plate spring and tighten.

Torque: 106~130N•m

Caution

Before tightening the central bolt, press down tightly
the middle of plate spring. Tighten the central

bolt when all the plate springs get together

f. Install the plate spring clamp sleeve and fixing bolts,

install the locking nut and tighten.
Torque: 41~56N•m

g. Use a feeler to check the gap between the inner side of
card code and two sides of plate spring BW
Gap for reference: 1-2mm

6. Assembly of the supplementary plate spring assembly

a. Install each plate spring onto the center bolt one by one.

b. Install the center bolt lock nut of supplementary plate
spring and tighten.
Torque: 106~130N•m
Caution

Before tightening the central bolt, press down tightly
the middle of plate spring. Tighten the central
bolt when all the plate springs get together.

c. Install the plate spring clamp sleeve and fixing bolts,
install the locking nut and tighten.
d. Measure the clearance between the inside of front plate
spring clamp and both sides of plate spring with a feeler
gauge
