Failure phenomenon list

Use the list below to help you find the reasons of failures. The number represents the order of failure reason
possibility. Check each part according to the order and replace it when necessary
Failure phenomenon Possible reason Failure elimination

1. Wheel toe-in(not as required) Adjust the wheel toe-in.

2. Tyre (pressure not meeting the requirement) Adjust the tyre pressure to the standard value
Tyre worn abnormally
3. Wheel (unbalanced) Adjust the wheel balance

4. Steering mechanism (distorted) Check and repair the steering device

1. Front wheels (different air pressure) Adjust the front wheel air pressure

2. Wheel (unbalanced) Adjust the wheel balance
Front wheel swing or
shaking 3. Shock absorber or leaf spring (failure) Check and repair the absorber or plate spring

4. Steering mechanism(over-worn) Check and repair the steering device

1.Tyre(too high air pressure) Adjust the tyre pressure to the standard value
