2. Tire dynamic balance
DI
a. Remove dust, stones and old balance weight from
the wheel under test.
b. Check the tire pressure to comply with the original EG
provision.

c. Select the cone according to the size of the center hole TR
of the wheel rim, carefully install the wheel and fasten

it with the quick nut.

d. Turn on the power of dynamic balance detector.

e. Measure the width of rim.

f. Measure the diameter of rim.

g. Measure distance between the rim and dynamic
ST
balance detector.

h. Lower the wheel guard and begin checking.

i. After the test, install the balance block securely

according to the location and amount of imbalance

indicated by the machine.

j. Check again and adjust to dynamic balance until the requirements are satisfied.

k. Remove the tire.
