                                                          c. Remove the hub bearing dust cover.

                                                          d. Carefully install the angle measuring instrument of
front wheel horizontally on the fixing bolt hole of hub
                                                          dust cover.

              e. Based on the camber scale, read out the camber position of the wheel.
              Front wheel camber angle: 1°
                                                            Caution

If the measured value exceeds the specified values in the technical data, check the wear of the knuckle
kingpin and knuckle bushing, the bearing clearance of the hub, the bending deformation of the front
axle, and then repair or replace the damaged parts as required.
              5. Measuring the kingpin inclination and caster angle

              a. After measuring the camber of the wheels, slowly turn the steering wheel to turn the wheel angle from 0 ° to
20 °.If measuring the left wheel, turn left and vice versa.
                                                            Caution

When turning the front wheel, depress the brake pedal.

              b. When turning to 20 °, slowly turn the steering wheel in the reverse direction until the wheels are reversed
by 40 °.Read the value of kingpin caster angle and the kingpin inclination angle .
              Kingpin inclination angle: 7°

                                                            Caution
If the measured value exceeds the specified values in the technical data, check the wear of the kingpin
and bushing, the bearing clearance of the hub, the bending deformation of the front axle, and then
repair or replace the damaged parts as required.
