Brake system – service brake (air pressure) BR-75

Change IN

1. Release the pressure of braking system
2. Removal of exhaust brake butterfly valve assembly DI

a. Remove the connector nut of the exhaust brake's

butterfly valve inlet pipe and disconnect it.

b. Remove the bolts and nuts of the exhaust brake's
butterfly valve on the exhaust pipe and take off the
exhaust brake butterfly valve assembly. ST

3. Remove the exhaust brake's solenoid valve. EL

a. Disconnect the connectors of the exhaust brake's
solenoid valve.

b. Disconnect the inlet and outlet pipes of the exhaust
brake's solenoid valve.
c. Remove the fixing bolts and nuts and remove the
exhaust brake solenoid valve assembly.
