BR-80 Brake system – service brake (air pressure)

Change
1. Release the pressure of braking system
2. Removal of front ABS solenoid valve

a. Anticlockwise rotate the front ABS solenoid valve
connector's lock ring and disconnect it.
Caution

The change procedure of the left front ABS solenoid
valve is the same as that of the right front ABS
solenoid valve.

b. Remove the connector nuts of the brake air pipe
connected to the front ABS solenoid valve and
disconnect the air pipe.

c. Remove the front ABS solenoid valve fixing bolts and
the front ABS solenoid valve assembly.

d. Remove the front ABS solenoid valve's snap-type
right-angle XO connector body ① and snap-type
obtuse-angle connector body ②.
• Fix the front ABS solenoid valve.
• Unscrew the tight nut to dismount the joint

• Take out the O-ring
