BR-82 Brake system – service brake (air pressure)

b. Remove the connector nuts of the brake air pipe
connected to the rear ABS solenoid valve and disconnect
the air pipe.

c. Remove the rear ABS solenoid valve fixing bolts and
the front ABS solenoid valve assembly.
Torque: 25~30N•m

d. Remove the rear ABS solenoid valve's snap-type
right-angle XO connector body.
• Fix the rear ABS solenoid valve.

• Unscrew the tight nut to dismount the joint
• Take out the O-ring

5. Installation of rear ABS solenoid valve

a. Install the rear ABS solenoid valve's snap-type
right-angle XO connector body.
Caution
Install O-ring on the joint.

b. Install the rear ABS solenoid valve assembly on the
longitudinal beam support, and install and tighten the
fixing bolts.
