              a. Clean the position to be repaired.
              ● Before repairing, clean both sides of the plastic parts with a high-pressure water cleaner and then dry them.
              ● Clean the surface to be repaired with a plastic cleaner.
              b. Pretreat the scratches:
              ● Grind the scratches or cracks with a track grinding machine and P80 ~ P120 sandpaper thoroughly.
              ● Carry out the fine grinding with a track grinding machine and P120 sandpaper.

              ● Thoroughly clean the surface to be repaired with a plastic cleaner or paper towel.
              ● Apply the plastic primer evenly on the repair surface.
              c. Pretreat the cracks:
              ● Grind the front side of the cracks with an angle grinding machine or belt grinding machine, to the grindging
              surface width of 40 ~ 60mm.
              ● Carry out the grinding again with a track grinding machine (P120 sandpaper).
              ● Use a 3mm drilling bit at the end of crack to prevent the extension of crack
              ● Carry out the grinding operation along the inside of the cracks.
              ● Clean the position to be repaired with a plastic cleaner or paper towel.
              ● Apply the plastic primer on the position to be repaired.
              d. Bond the scratches:
              ● After cleaning and applying the primer, fill the sratches with adhesive.
              ● Spread and level the adhesive with a flexible plastic feeler.
              ● Dry with an infrared heater or a dryer
              e. Bond the cracks:
In case of a large area of cracks or damage, reinforce the position to be repaired to improve the torsional
strength. For this purpose, a appropriate reinforcing material (such as, metal strip, reinforcing fiber) can be
used onto the back of the part.
              ● Cover the front side of the cracks with PE sheet or tape.
              ● Fill the weld with a plastic adhesive from the inside.
              ● Fill the weld with a wider reinforcing fiber together with the adhesive at the same time,.
              ● Reinforce the end of the cracks by a metal strip attached onto the plastic part.
              ● Grind the top surface of the reinforcement material to the height of the entire surface to be repaired.
              ● Dry with an infrared heater or a dryer
              ● PE sheet can prevent the adhesive spilling from the front side of the cracks.
              ● Remove the PE sheet after the adhesive is dried.
              ● Apply the adhesive onto the front of the position to be repaired.
              ● Dry the adhesive with an infrared heater or dryer.
              ● Cool the adhesive to the room temperature to prevent the adhesive from peeling off and the sandpaper from
              overheating during sanding process.
              f. Grinding.
              ● Grind the protrution position of the adhesive with a track grinding machine (P120 ~ P220 sandpaper).
              ● Manually grind the depression and bending areas.
              ● Use a polishing pad to rub the paint.

              ● Thoroughly clean the plastic parts.
              ● Thoroughly dry it and apply the plastic primer.
