Cab flipping mechanism
Overview DI
In order to facilitate the repair and maintenance of vehicles, the cabs on the series of trucks can be flipped
forward with the hydraulic flipping mechanism; the use of the cab hydraulic flipping down system can ensure EG
that the cab can be increaseed and decreased more stably, so as to improve the maintainability of the vehicles,

ensure the safety during the repairing process, and provide more quick installation and repair.

The cab hydraulic flipping system is mainly composed of the manual pump assembly and the lifting cylinder

assembly.

Precautions

1. Before turning over the cab, make sure that the finished automobile is parked on flat roads and the

engine is stopped while transmission is in neutral gear. Then use the parking brake system and close the

door.

2. When the cab is flipped forward, the entire cab floor and any item in the cab will be also flipped
forward; so any item should be cleared and handled priorly, so as to avoid falling off, resulting in any
unnecessary loss. BR
3. When the cab is flipped forward, the front windshield will also be flipped forward, there should be no
any item or good on the dashboard, seats and floor, so as to avoid falling off, resulting in the

front windshield damage.

4. When the cab is flipped forward, the person in front of the cab should be evacuated, and the operator

should give a sound signal to remind any person around the vehicle, so as to avoid any unnecessary

personnel injury.

5. When the cab is flipped forward, keep the front flipping cover open; otherwise it will be damaged.

6. The cab center of gravity should be flipped over the safety line before any repair.

7. Decrease the cab to the lowest position and ensure that the lock is engaged in place.
