BW - 12 Body - Cab flipping and locking mechanism

Operating instruction
Caution
● Make sure that the vehicle is parked on a level surface with sufficient operation space, the parking
brake lever is enabled, the shift rod is placed in neutral position, the doors are closed, and there is no
any item that may fall off in the cab.

● When the cab is flipped, keep the front flipping cover open; otherwise it may be damaged.
● Generally, the cab should be flipped once a week.
● In the case of heavy pollution, the cab should be flipped daily.

1. Flip over the cab to the front
a. Open the front flip-over cover.

b. Pull the auxiliary lock hook rod “A” in the arrow
direction as shown in the figure.
c. Simultaneously turn the control handle “B” downward to
disengage the lock hook from the lock pin.

d. Place the manual pump direction lever in the lifiting
position.

e. Repeatedly press the manual pump operation lever with a
crowbar to drive the lifting cylinder to flip the cab.
