1. Inspect the cab flipping mechanism
a. Inspect the manual pump, oil cylinder and tube of the cab flip for damage and oil leakage; otherwise, DI
replacce the assembly.
b. Inspect the tube connector for leakage; otherwise, replace the tube connector gasket and tighten the tube EG
connector nut.
c. Flip the cab and inspect whether the cylinder can be increased and decreased smoothly and whether there is TR
any abnormal sound during lifting and lowering processes.
d. Inspect the piston rod surface of the cylinder for wear; otherwise, replce the cylinder assembly.
