BW - 16 Body - Cab flipping and locking mechanism

Change

1. Remove the cab flipping mechanism
a. Flip the cab in a certain angle.
Caution

Do not allow the cab center of gravity over the safety line.
b. Support the cab with a support rod or wooden stick and decrease the cab slowly to allow the support rod
or wooden stick to support the cab.

Warning
When repairing the cab flipping mechanism, secure the cab with ropes, to viod the cab overflipping,
any part damage or personal injury due to any other reason.

c. Remove the cylinder inlet and outlet tube locking nuts
and drain the hydraulic oil from the flipping mechanism.
Caution

Make the marks on the tubes when removal, for later
installaiton.

d. Remove the oil cylinder assembly upper support
connecting bolts and locking nuts, and disconnect the
connection between the cylinder assembly and the upper
support.

e. Remove the upper support mounting bolts and nuts and
remove the oil cylinder upper support.
