1. Inspect the seatbelt retractor

a. When pulling out the seatbelt with a constant tension, the seatbelt should be easier to pull out.

b. When pulling the seatbelt quickly, the seatbelt should be locked immediately and can not be stretched.

2. Inspect the seatbelt lock buckle

a. Insert the seatbelt into the lock buckle.

b. When pulling the seatbelt quickly, the seatbelt should be locked.

c. When pressing the lock button, the seatbelt should be easy to pull out.
