1. Inspect the electric control steel lock buckle
a. Measure the resistance between the pins for a continuity
test.
Standard:
Pin Resistance
1 and ground More than 1MΩ
Between pins 1 and 2 More than 1MΩ
2 and ground Less than 2Ω
