BW - 178 Body - Safety belt

Driver/co-driver seatbelt lock buckle
Change

1. Remove driver/co-driver seatbelt lock buckle
assembly
a. Pull out the seatbelt lock buckle wiring harness and
disconnect the connector.

b. Remove the driver/co-driver seatbelt lock buckle
mounting bolts and remove the co-driver seatbelt lock
buckle.

2. Inspect the driver/co-driver seatbet lock buckle assembly for damage, rupture, or etc.; if any, replace
the driver seatbelt lock buckle assembly
3. Install the driver/co-driver seatbelt lock buckle
assembly

a. Connect the seatbelt lock buckle connector.

b. Install the driver/co-driver seatbelt lock buckle onto the
cab floor, and install and tighten the mounting bolts.
Torque: 45~55N•m
