BW - 176 Body - Safety belt

e. Remove the seatbelt retractor mounting bolt and remove
the seatbelt retractor assembly.

2. Inspect the seatbelt surface for damage, rupture, and etc.; if any, replace the seatbelt.

3. Install the driver/co-driver seatbelt
a. Install the seatbelt retractor on B pillar in the cab, and
install and tighten mounting bolts.

Torque: 45~55N•m

b. Install B pillar armrest and B pillar lower guard. (refer to
Chapter BW body- windshield, window glass- interior &
exterior trim –side wall inner shield, replacement)

c. Install and tighten the mounting bolts on the upper of the
seatbelt.
Torque: 45~55N•m
