EL - 38 Electrical system – electrical components

e. Press the snap of the hazard warning lamp switch.
DI Remove the hazard warning lamp switch.

3. Check the hazard warning lamp switch if following failures are present. If yes, repair or adjust or
replace hazard warning lamp switch.

a. Contact of the hazard warning switch is burnt.
b. Poor electrical contact exists inside the hazard warning switch.

4. Installing the hazard warning lamp switch
a. Install the hazard warning lamp switch into place.

b. Connect hazard plug & socket connector of the warning
lamp switch.

c. Mount and engage the clamp on the upper trim panel of
the dashboard.
d. Connect the plug & socket connector of the head lamp
adjusting switch harness. Install the snap the instrument
panel cover assembly into place.
