Overview
EG Vehicle warm air, ventilation and A/C system consists of devices used to cool and heat the air inside the
vehicle, to ventilate air and to remove the frost or condensation from the windshield. It can provide the
passengers with comfortable riding conditions, reducing the driver fatigue and improving the safety during
TR
driving.
The warm air and A/C system comprises: condenser, evaporator, A/C the compressor, expansion valve, blower
AX
screen, warm air heater assembly, A/C control panel assembly, A/C ducts, warm air ducts.
Precautions
FR
1. Keep circumstance and tools clean when maintaining the A/C system.
2. The cable connected to the negative post of the battery must be disconnected prior to maintenance of
ST
the A/C system.
3. Take appropriate protective measures when work with the refrigerant. Avoid contacting and
BR inhalation of the refrigerant.
4. The A/C tubes can only be checked and repaired in a well ventilated work place. It is prohibited to
BW braze the A/C tubing which contains refrigerant.
5. The disconnected A/C system tubings must be sealed by using plugs to prevent from air moisture
EL ingression into the A/C system.
6. It is prohibited to release the refrigerant directly into the atmosphere. The refrigerant shall be
collected with special equipment. The used refrigerant shall be disposed according to related
regulations.
7. The containers carrying refrigerant shall be stored in cold place. Keep away from the sunlight and
heat to avoid expansion or burst.
8. The gas mixture of compressed air and refrigerant can be inflammable.
9. Use the proper type of special equipment suitable for the refrigerant for maintenance.
10. Before adding the refrigerant, vacuum the system for 15~30min.
11. The refrigerant, refrigeration oil must be stored according to the related requirements. Take
measures to prevent ingression of air moisture and other impurities. Never use refrigeration oil from an
unsealed container or expired refrigerant.
