Warm air water tube

Change DI

1. Open the front flip-over cover assembly
2. Recover the coolant (refer to Chapter EG engine part-engine-cooling system-coolant, replacement”) EG

3. Removing the inlet and out water tubes of warm air
a. Loosen the fixing clamp for connecting the warm air inlet TR
and outlet water tubes with the air heater. Pull out warm air
inlet&outlet water tubes.

b. Tilt the driver cab, and loosen the fixing clamp for

connecting the warm air inlet water tube with the engine.

Pull out warm air inlet water tube.

c. Loose the fixing clamp for connecting the warm air
outlet water tube with the engine inlet water tube. Pull
out warm air outlet water tube.
d. Remove the fixing bolts for all tube clamps and brackets
of the warm air inlet and outlet water tubes. Remove
the warm air inlet and outlet water tubes.

4. Check if the warm air inlet or outlet water tube is broken or damaged. Replace the tube if necessary.
5. Install the inlet and out water tubes of warm air
a. Mount the warm air inlet and outlet water tubes into
place. Tighten the fixing clamps for connecting the warm
air outlet water tube with the engine inlet water tube.
