Refrigeration tubes

Caution
EG ●Only the maintenance equipment suitable for the vehicle type can be used for operation.
● The AC system is easy to leak.
TR ●Once the tubing is disconnected, it must be sealed by using plugs to prevent ingression of foreign
matters.
● Use a new O-ring and coat it with freezing oil before installation.

1. Disconnect the cable of battery negative pole
FR 2. Recover the refrigerant (refer to Chapter EL electric system-electric parts-heating and
AC-refrigerant, replacement”)
3. Open the front flip-over cover assembly

4. Remove the A/C high and low pressure tubings
BR a. Disconnect the pressure switch connector.

b. Remove the fixing nut for connecting the condenser -
evaporator tubing with the condenser. Move the condenser -
evaporator tubing aside.
c. Remove the fixing nut for connecting the condenser
tubing with the condenser, move the compressor - condenser
tubing aside.
Caution
Use plugs to seal all disconnected pipe joints.
d. Remove the fixing bolts for connecting the high and low
pressure tubings with the A/C the compressor, move the
high and low pressure tubings aside.
