e. Remove the fixing nut for connecting the high and low
pressure tubings with the evaporator. DI
f. Remove the fixing bolts of all tube clamps on the high and
low pressure tubings. Remove the high and low pressure EG
tubings.

5. Check the A/C high pressure and low pressure tubings if there is any breakage and damage. Replace
the high pressure and low pressure tubings if necessary.

6. Installing the A/C high and low pressure tubings

a. Mount the A/C high pressure and low pressure tubings ST
into place. Mount and tighten the fixing bolts for the tube
clamps on the A/C high and low pressure tubings.

b. Mount and tighten the fixing nuts for connecting the high

and low pressure tubings with the evaporator.

Caution

Remove the plugs prior to installing the tubing.

c. Mount and tighten the fixing bolts for connecting the high
and low pressure tubings with the A/C compressor.

d. Mount and tighten the fixing nut for connecting the

condenser - evaporator tubing with the condenser.

e. Mount and tighten the fixing nut for connecting the
compressor - condenser with the condenser.
