EL - 130 Electrical system – electrical components

1. Disconnect the cable of battery negative pole
DI 2. Recover the refrigerant (refer to Chapter EL electric system-electric parts-heating and
AC-refrigerant, replacement”)

EG 3. Open the front flip-over cover assembly

4. Removing the pressure switch
TR a. Disconnect the pressure switch connector.
b. Use an adjustable wrench to remove the pressure switch.

5. Check the pressure switch if it fails or is damaged. Replace the pressure switch if necessary

6. Installing the pressure switch

a. Use an adjustable wrench to install the pressure switch
firmly.

b. Connect the plug & socket connector of the pressure

switch.

Caution

Replace with a new O-ring and coat suitable

refrigeration oil.

7. Close the front flip-over cover assembly

8. Fill in refrigerant(refer to Chapter EL electric system-electric parts-heating and AC-refrigerant,

replacement”)

9. Connect the cable of battery negative pole

10. After installation, switch on the A/C to check if it can function properly and if the cooling fan rotates

at speed to confirm that the pressure switch functions properly
