Troubleshooting

1. Consideration DI
a. The harnesses shall be fixed by using clamps or wire clips to avoid getting loose or worn.
b. Do not tension the harness overly, especially at the bend. When passing around sharp edge or through EG
metallic hole, rubber or insulating sleeve shall be used to protect the harness from worn-out, which may cause

shortcircuit, unintended earthing and impose the risk of fire.

c. When connect electrical components, wires shall be connected to the components individually according to

specifications of the plug & socket connectors and wire colors or colors of insulating sleeves at the connectors.

When it is difficult to determine the head and end of wire, normally bulb test can be used. Spark test should
not be used since for power supply system, spark test may burn the wire out.

2. Replacement of plug & socket connector

a. Press snap on the plug & socket connector.

b. Pull plug & socket connector two sides. Do not tug EL
the wire directly.

c. Use small size screw driver to pick the inner bush out of

the plug & socket connector. If there is no such inner bush,
skip this step and go to next one directly.
