IN 4. Repair of broken wire
a. In general, conductors in the harness may be broken due wear, impact and unintended load. Normally,
DI solder packing, clamp bush or additional connector methods can be used.
b. Broken point soldering and packing
EG ● Peel off a length of insulating layer at the two ends.

● Use a plier to wind the conductors together.

● Use an electric iron to heat the conductors.
● Make rosin and soldering tin contact the heated
conductors to melt the tin and bind the conductors.
