EL - 182                              Electrical system –circuit

    IN        System description:

              Put the ignition switch in to ON/ST position. The current flows through the pin 2 of the ignition switch to the
    DI        pin 85 of the G1 relay R10, and is earthed through the pin 86I of G1 relay R10 earth. The coil is powered up
              to generate magnetic field, which makes contacts of IG1 relay R10 closed; the current flows through the fuse

              F05 in the instrument panel fuse box, contacts of IG1 relay R10 and fuse F12 to the pin 10 of the combination

              instrument  B014,  and  flows  through  the  charging  indicator  lamp  and  is  output  from  the  pin  6of  the
              combination  instrument  B014  to  the  pin  L  of  generator.  The  current  flows  through  the  internal  voltage
    TR        regulator  to  the  excitation  winding  of  the  generator.  Therefore,  the  excitation  winding  is  powered  up  and
              generates magnetic field.

    AX        When the generator is running, the magnetic lines are being cut by the rotor coils so that 3-phase induced
              electromotive  forces  are  generated.  Current  regulator  composed  of  diodes  then  change  the  electromotive

              forces into DC current and output through the pin B of the generator. The DC current flows through the fuse

              GF\L4  in  the  battery  positive  pole  fuse  box  to  charge  the  battery  and  provide  power  for  other  electrical

              devices.

              generator is 24 V.
