Failure phenomenon list

Use the list below to help you find the reasons of failures. The number represents the order of failure reason
possibility Check each part according to the order and replace it when necessary

Failure phenomenon Possible reason Failure elimination

The engine fails to Battery voltage too low Check the battery. Replace it if necessary
start
Battery cable loose and corroded Clean the battery and tighten the connection
Starter failure Check the starter and replace it if necessary

Measure the high pressure oil pump and replace it
High pressure oil pump failed
when necessary

Fuel filter blocked and fuel system too much
Clean the fuel system and replace the fuel filter
impurities
Check relevant electric parts. Replace them if
Other relevant electric parts working abnormal
necessary
Valve timing not correct Check the valve timing

Cylinder gasket leaking Replace the cylinder gasket

Measure the cylinder pressure. If necessary, perform
Cylinder pressure value too low

Check the valve and valve seat. Replace them if

Engine dynamic not
Replace the fuel filter, clean the injector and if
sufficient Injector poor atomization
necessary, replace them

Exhaust system exhausting not smooth Check the exhaust system

Not adequate air for intake system Check if the intake system

Valve timing not correct Check the valve timing
Check relevant electric parts. Replace them if

Check the intake pipe. If the air compressor inlet is
Resistance between the intake system and air
connected to the intake system of vehicle or
compressor too big
equipment, check the intake resistance of engine

Air compressor Air system leaking Check if the air system leaks
pressure going up Air pressure regulator failed or setup not
Check if the air regulator is working normally
slowly correct
Carbon deposit too much in the exit pipe, Check if there is carbon deposit If necessary, replace
downstream air valve or compressor cylinder the air outlet pipe of air compressor and cylinder
