5. Remove the water pipe

a. Remove the delivery hose collar of engine and disconnect

the engine delivery hose.

b. Dismount the fixing bolts of thermostat cover and take AX
off the cover
c. Take off the thermostat FR
d. Remove the fixed bolts of engine bypass pipe and pull
out the engine bypass pipe. ST

6. Remove the intake manifold of engine BW

a. Disconnect pressure / temperature sensor connector of
intake manifold.

b. Remove the fixed bolts for intake manifold of engine and
remove the intake manifold and gaskets of engine.
Caution
After removing the intake manifold, seal the engine
connection.

7. Install the intake manifold of engine

a. Install intake manifold and gasket onto engine, attach the
fixed bolts and tighten.
