EG - 202 Engine section – Engine (Cummins ISF3.8)

b. Connect the intake manifold pressure / temperature
sensor connector.

8. Install the water pipe

a. Install engine bypass pipe, install fixed bolts and tighten.
b. Install thermostat.

c. Install the thermostat cover, install the fixed bolts and
tighten.

d. Install the engine outlet hose and tighten the hose collar.

9. Install high pressure common rail

a. Install the high-pressure oil rail to the mounting position,
and attach the fixed bolt and fasten it.

b. Install the oil inlet and return pipe of high pressure oil rail
and tighten.
c. Install the oil inlet of injector and tighten it.

d. Connect the pressure sensor harness connector.
