Precautions IN
1. Safety Precautions

a. Do not operate on the side of road or in the place full of people. The vehicle shall be placed on flat ground. DI
b. Ensure the parking brake handle at the parking position.
c. Fix the wheels with a triangle wood block or wedge which shall be placed very close to the front and back EG
of tyre. It is better to fix the two sides of rear wheels.

d. Before turning up the cab , make sure that there is no sundries placed in the cab and no personnel standing TR
in front of the cab. The turning up shall be guaranteed in a safety position.

e. The engine must not be running when you work under the vehicle. Turn off the ignition switch and pull out

the key.

f. The vehicle shall be parked in a calm and dust-free place for maintenance and replacement of filter element.

2. Important hints

a. Always check the tightness of the connection between the air intake pipe and the air cleaner. If leakage is

found, it must be handled immediately and fastened to avoid abnormal wear.

b. When the vehicle drives for 3000 ~ 4000km, the intake pipe shall be checked as follows:

• If the nuts are loose everywhere. To tighten the intake pipe nut, torque shall be uniform; otherwise there will

be leakage phenomenon.

• If there are cracks and holes in the intake manifold, and if the pad is damaged or corroded.

• It is best to use the intake pipe gasket only once. In order to ensure air tightness, replace the damaged gasket

promptly.
