EG - 200 Engine section – Engine (Cummins ISF3.8)

Intake manifold
Change
1. Park the vehicle on a smooth road and flip over the cab

Caution
Switch off the engine when the vehicle stops, place the transmission at the neutral control and start the
parking brake system

2. Remove the intake manifold connection elbow of the
engine

a. Remove the intake manifold connection elbow clamp of
the engine and remove the intake manifold connection
elbow of the engine.

3. Disconnect fuel injector harness connector

4. Remove the high-pressure common rail

a. Remove the pressure sensor harness connector.

b. Disconnect the inlet pipe and return pipe of the
high-pressure oil rail.

c. Disconnect the inlet pipe of fuel injector.
Caution
After disconnecting the oil pipe, seal the oil pipe and
pump joint

d. Remove the fixed bolts of the high pressure oil rail and
remove the high pressure common rail.
