7. Install the transmission gear assembly

a. Install the oil deflector on the bottom of the
transmission housing and secure with bolts.
Torque: 33~42N•m
Caution
• Apply thread locking glue evenly to the threads of
the fixing bolts during installation.

• All parts should be cleaned before installation to
avoid parts worn out due to impurities.

b. Install the intermediate shaft into the mounting
position and install the intermediate shaft rear bearing,
and fix with a circlip.

c. Install reverse gear and reverse idle gear shaft.

d. Install the reverse idler shaft card with the fixing bolt
and fasten it.
Torque: 19~25N•m
Caution

When installing bolts, apply thread locking glue.
