e. Install reverse gear shield and fixing bolts and tighten
them.
Torque: 19~25N•m DI
Caution
• Scrape out the old sealant or gasket on the reverse EG
gear shield.
• Apply sealant to where the reverse gear shield is in TR
contact with the housing.
• When installing bolts, apply thread locking glue. AX
f. Tilt and install the 2nd shaft assembly so that the 2nd
shaft fit into the intermediate shaft. FR

g. Install the 2nd shaft rear bearing.
h. Install the fixed circlip of 2nd shaft rear bearing.
