Is the inspection result normal?
Yes>To step 3.
No >Repair or replace the harness which has a short circuit to ground between C57 and
the front fog lamp relay R07.

3. Check the fog lamp connector

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect the fog lamp relay R07.

(c). Check the front fog lamp relay R07.

Is the inspection result normal?
Yes>To step 4.
No >Replace fog lamp relay.

4. Detect the short circuit to ground of the combination switch

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect the combination switch connector C16.
(c). Turn the combination switch to the "front fog lamp" gear.

(d). Measure the resistance between No. 8 pin
of the combination switch connector C16
and the grounding with a multimeter.

Connect the pin by Specified value
multimeter
C16(8) - Grounding Infinite

Is the inspection result normal?
Yes>To step 5.
No >Repair or replace the harness of the short circuit to ground between C58 and the
combination switch C16.
