DIAGNOSIS-COMBINATION METER 62-421
(c). Use multimeter to measure the resistance
between No.1 pin of combination meter
C23 connector and the grounding.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is a short circuit)

Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter
C23 (1) - Grounding ＞ 1 MΩ
(d). Use multimeter to measure the resistance
between No.3 pin of combination meter
C23 connector and the grounding.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is a short circuit)
Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter
C23(3) - Grounding ＞ 1 MΩ
Is the result normal?
Yes>Replace combination meter assembly.
No >Repair the short circuit to ground from fuse F26(7.5 A) to No.1 pin of combination
meter C23 connector;
Repair the short circuit to ground from fuse F7(7.5 A) to No.3 pin of combination
meter C23 connector.
